Snapshots of Spring: Interiors

A common thread throughout all the upcoming images: sunlight and white.  These bright breezy spaces celebrate natural daylight and emphasize the architectural details of the space.  Color is used as an accent, and the furniture all has clean simple lines.

I love the green-house-like windows that are punctuated with the pink pinstripe curtains.

The cabinetry is substantial and heavy while still giving the space a clean feel.  I love how the gray cabinetry takes a step back and lets the bright white island be the main focal point.

Wouldn't you love to sit here and read?  This cozy chair makes the most of this unusual space by allowing the sunlight to provide any needed light while reading or blogging.

This last one is my favorite.  The floor-to-ceiling built ins are gorgeous, and the fact that everything is painted white allows the viewer to notice the architectural details.  The books lend pops of color and show the purpose of this bright read.
